In 60 minutes, you’ll learn—step by step—how to completely change the background of a photo using CapCut’s editing & AI tools.  You’ll leave with a polished image, and a repeatable skill you can use for 100s of photos in countless ways!

Who this is for

This workshop is designed for women who:

• Are 50+ and prefer to learn slowly, with a real person guiding them

• Want a calm, supportive space—not a high‑pressure tech bro vibe

• Are willing to be on camera, engaged, and working for the full session

• Want one clear, repeatable skill they can use in their business or creative life

No AI experience required. No fancy gear required. Just curiosity and a willingness to click along.

What we’ll do together

During our 60 minutes together, you will:

• Log into CapCut and get comfortable in the workspace

• Use AI to remove the background from one photo of yourself

• Choose and apply a new background and tweak it until you're happy
  

• Use the overlay tool to place your image on top of any other image
  

• Export your finished image so you can use it on social, your website, or your profile

We’ll move slowly and step by step, with a maximum of 5 women in the room so there’s time for questions and individual help.

What you need before class (pre‑work)

To make the most of our time together, you will need to be able to do the following prior to the workshop:

• Create a free CapCut account (no paid plan needed)

• Choose one photo that you’d like to use and have it ready on your device

• Plan to join the call from a laptop or desktop, with your phone handy and the CapCut app already downloaded

• Be willing to stay on camera and participate for the full 60 minutes

Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email with:

• The workshop booking link to add it to your calendar

• A detailed pre‑work guide with step‑by‑step instructions and links

What to expect:

• Live training with a maximum of 5 women

• Cameras on, hands-on participation

• Slow, step-by-step guidance

• Time for questions and help during the session

Before class, you will need:

• A free CapCut account

• One photo selected and ready to edit

• A laptop or desktop for the Google Meet call

• Your phone with the CapCut app installed
